DESCRIPTION:Because Chicago has got to dance more. We’ll be meeting at the Hi-Lo for classy drinks (no dancing as there is no dance floor) at 9pm\, then we’re going to head to the California Clipper down the street and we’ll see how things are looking. The Clipper has a very active dance floor in the back. \nIf people want to move onto Smart Bar or Beauty Bar\, that’s what we’ll do (we don’t all have to go to the same place). Please be prepared to ride share to the other bars by having zelle\, venmo\, or cash. You can come and go whenever you want\, but I suggest you start your night at the Hi-Lo so you can meet everyone/someone. \nSmart Bar\, located in Lakeview\, is an iconic Chicago venue that plays electronic dance music till 5am. It is right underneath the Metro\, the music venue. There is usually a cover charge on weekends. \nBeauty Bar is located in Noble Square/West Town and usually plays 90s on Saturday nights. I haven’t been there in years\, but I believe there is usually a cover charge and a long line on the weekends. It closes at 3am on Saturday nights. \nAll of these venues draw a very diverse crowd. \nPace your drinking if you want to dance all night. \nI’m limiting the event to 12 people\, so if you’re not going to attend\, please cancel so someone on the waitlist can. IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW\, you will not be able to join another event I host. If an emergency or overwhelming situation came up and you couldn’t cancel\, please send me a message. \nFAQs:\nWhat if it’s snowing?
